Dear Hospitality Partner,
First of all, I would like to give a big shout-out to our wonderful team at Sky Concierge Network (SCN), our valued partners and of course, our dear members.
As we look back at the past couple of years, there’s absolutely no doubt that those were years like no other as Covid-19 impacted all of us professionally and personally.
But while there were significant unforeseen challenges, the pandemic also highlighted the strengths of Sky Concierge Network, including the demonstrated quality of concierge services as well as unique networking opportunities that are at our fingertips. We were blown away by the kindness shown by everyone, the courage of front-line workers and the amazing generosity of our committee members and business partners in various industries, as they demonstrated their creativity and flexibility to continue their services, while the Concierge community showed increased support for the local hospitality scene.
We have seen people come together across communities to rally and support each other in ways we have never seen before. I’m heartened to have seen the concierge community show tremendous resilience during this global crisis.
Sky Concierge Network’s success has shown us that we have many talented and passionate people from around the world amongst us, with the desire to make a difference for the common good. I’ve come to a realization that it’s going to take globalization and inclusion for us to be at the forefront of the hospitality industry.
So now as I engage in the process of taking Sky Concierge Network forward, we will continue to focus our efforts in fostering partnerships with global government agencies, business leaders in the Hospitality Sector, local communities as well as vendors, service providers and our esteemed members.
Our management team has kicked off a series of programs and activities to reach out to new partners as well as our existing members that we have not seen lately at events or who may not be as engaged as we know they can be. We do want our members to know that they are in good hands as we continue to explore and develop ways on how we can consistently meet every one of their requirements meticulously.
